We hope you love your purchase, but if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

It must include all original tags, packaging, and accessories.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

⚠️ We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
True Love is not responsible for lost or untraceable packages.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Some types of products cannot be returned, including:

3. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to replace an item (for example, a different size or color), please:

Return the original product following our return process.

Place a new order for the desired item.
This ensures you receive your replacement as quickly as possible.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
We want you to be completely happy with your order.
Please inspect your items upon delivery and contact us within 5 days if:

The product is defective.

5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email to confirm approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

6. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting our support team at support@truelove.store.
After 24 hours, your order may already be in processing or shipping and cannot be canceled.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

8. EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.
To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all packaging and proof of purchase.
