Multiple Packages

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately. This allows us to dispatch products from different warehouses based on availability and helps ensure faster delivery. You may therefore receive your order in more than one package and at different times.

Delivery Times

We work with trusted domestic and international fulfilment partners to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Germany & European Union: 1–2 weeks

  • Other countries: 1–3 weeks

Delivery times may vary depending on the product, destination, and customs clearance. Please note that these are estimated timeframes and not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delays, Lost or Returned Orders

All orders are shipped with tracking. If your order is delayed, returned to sender, or lost during transit, please contact us at privacy@holzuhr.store.

If an order is confirmed lost, we will either send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund.
