Return & Refund Policy — True Love
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

Perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants)

Custom or personalized products

Personal care goods (like beauty items)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive what you want is to return the original item and, once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired product.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, with tags and packaging intact. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Bestellstornierung
Du möchtest deine Bestellung stornieren? Kein Problem – innerhalb von 24 Stunden nach Kauf ist das möglich.
Sende uns einfach eine E-Mail an support@truelove.store mit deiner Bestellnummer.
Nach Ablauf der 24 Stunden ist eine Stornierung leider nicht mehr möglich, da dein Paket bereits im Versandprozess ist.
Rückgabe & Rückerstattung
Nicht ganz zufrieden? Du hast das Recht, deine Bestellung innerhalb von 30 Tagen nach Erhalt zurückzugeben.
Bedingungen:

Artikel müssen ungetragen, unbenutzt und in der Originalverpackung sein.

Rücksendungen ohne vorherige Kontaktaufnahme werden nicht akzeptiert.

Bitte sende vorab eine E-Mail an support@truelove.store – wir bestätigen dir die Rückgabeadresse.

Füge deiner Rücksendung unbedingt eine Notiz mit deinem vollständigen Namen, E-Mail-Adresse und Bestellnummer bei.
⚠️ Die Rücksendekosten trägt der Käufer. Versandkosten sind nicht erstattungsfähig.
⚠️ Die Rücksendung muss mit Sendungsverfolgung erfolgen – wir übernehmen keine Haftung für verlorene Pakete ohne Nachweis.
Nach Erhalt und Prüfung deiner Rücksendung erstatten wir dir den Produktwert über deine ursprüngliche Zahlungsmethode.
Bitte rechne mit einer Bearbeitungszeit von bis zu 14 Werktagen.
Nicht erhaltene Bestellungen
Ansprüche wegen nicht zugestellter Bestellungen müssen innerhalb von 30 Tagen nach bestätigter Zustellung (laut Tracking) geltend gemacht werden.
Bestellungen, die sich länger als 60 Tage verzögern, gelten als verloren und werden vollständig erstattet.
Beschädigte oder fehlerhafte Artikel
Bitte überprüfe deine Bestellung sofort nach Erhalt. Sollte ein Artikel defekt oder beschädigt sein, kontaktiere uns innerhalb von 5 Tagen unter support@truelove.store.

⚠️ Schäden durch unsachgemäßen Gebrauch, normalen Verschleiß oder unsachgemäße Handhabung sind ausgeschlossen.
Garantie
Alle True Love Produkte entsprechen hohen Qualitätsstandards.
Diese Garantie deckt ausschließlich Fertigungsfehler ab, keine Schäden durch Abnutzung, Unfälle oder Fahrlässigkeit.
Umtausch
Ein direkter Umtausch ist derzeit leider nicht möglich.
Wenn du eine andere Größe oder Farbe möchtest, sende den Artikel zurück und gib eine neue Bestellung auf.
